The agreement should match the data path.

These initial documents name FunkyRouter’s real infrastructure, separate transient inference content from retained operational records, and put least privilege and zero trust before marketing claims. They govern the invited private beta when incorporated and accepted; they do not declare every production assurance complete.

What remains gated

Counsel review, verified YEETUM LLC public contact details, tested legal/privacy/abuse mailboxes, a versioned click-through or signed acceptance record, live-path ZDR and Texas-region verification, and any required international-transfer instrument must be completed before a broader production launch or a regulated-data promise.
