Model and API
The pinned model ID is qwen/qwen3.8-27b, and the beta serving contract is limited to chat.completions. Responses API, tool calling, embeddings, and customer-selected provider routes are not part of this contract.
Data handling
The launch design targets no training on customer prompts and zero persistent retention of prompt and completion content. Those declarations remain gated by technical tests and matching contracts. Operational metadata may be retained.
Region and distribution
The beta serving contract uses the FunkyRouter-operated texas-shared pool without customer or API-key node affinity. Texas placement requires operator-verified facility enrollment; node-measured broker latency shows network proximity but does not prove physical location. Website, account, payment, support, and device-management data may be processed outside Texas as separately disclosed. BYOK and OpenRouter distribution remain unverified.
