Model and API
The model artifact, commercial license, quantization, supported parameters, context and output limits, pricing, and measured capacity remain subject to verification. The public API endpoint is not live.
Data handling
The launch design targets no training on customer prompts and zero persistent retention of prompt and completion content. Those declarations remain gated by technical tests and matching contracts. Operational metadata may be retained.
Region and distribution
Texas-hosted inference is the launch target, not a verified current claim. Website, account, payment, support, and device-management data may be processed outside Texas when accurately disclosed. BYOK and OpenRouter integration are planned but not yet verified.
